Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for marketing. If a transaction moves forward, we may share what's necessary with the service providers involved — title companies, attorneys, lenders — and only when you've asked us to.
Confidentiality
Foreclosure is personal. We treat every conversation with discretion and take reasonable measures to protect what you share from unauthorized access.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we have on file, request corrections, ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal retention requirements), and opt out of future communications at any time.
